Unfortunately I pay someone Karl but I have been meaning to buy my own. I now work remotely but was mandated unemployed and I was living in a small van when I started to do this.
I know Matt has done a substack on ways to do it economically and achieve good results so I will pick his brains at some stage.
I am trying to get on top of a lot of costs and work out what/where I'm going in life, offgrid the aim. To do this I need to reduce debt and before everything goes pair shapped.
Any ideas please let me know although I'm not as technical as you and Matt.
Well i was ready for the off grid thing once, or nearly. But then i lost it all when i got ill. Its not an easy job. i see communities about who have made FB and telegram groups with awesome info on self sustainable options. You should do some searches. very good stuff. for now im broke as a joke and stuck in a tiny apartment lol. i just focus on this bio stuff now. it seems to be where im finding the most of my useful output right now still.
As i am still working how to use this stack thing and want to bring more support to the likes of Ronald and lee by recommending them it appears i have to remove other recommendations including yours.
My answer to this will be to do a post with all my source and link recommendations as i am certainly not withdrawing support for your work.

I would draw your attention to his analysis of the elements of composition. He talks alot about aluminum. I fully believe you need to be heavy metal detoxing like crazy.
Reason I remembered this is because he is talking alot about eggs. You also need to be on some next level anti parasitics; I have something I am going to get but I have to go find it in my notes; I will share with you

If you're talking about my blood sent to Robert Youngs business yes. The person associated with the business agent midnight rider said porch package thieves stole my blood. Odd and a hell of a co incidence, this means my dna has gone missing.
Also said the refund would be in 3 days and I've now had to involve my bank.

All suss, my opinion is to do your own work by buying a cheap set up ourselves

Hi Lee, unfortunately the practicioner I ysed had to have surgery and amazon cancelled my microscope order without an explanation.
I work 2 weeks straight and have a week off(rnr), I got mely blood done last rnr but am yet to upload it yet, I will try to do so tomorrow night.
